We will send your purchase within 48 hours after processing it.
Your purchases will be delivered by our courier partners in 2 to 4 business days.
Please note that our delivery partners endeavour to deliver before the scheduled delivery date, but there may be instances when they are late due to things that come up.

Information about returns

At Janma Kundali , we know how important your order is to you. We may send you the same item again if you got the wrong one or it was damaged.

You can only replace goods if they are returned unused and in good condition, or if you can show that they are broken or damaged.
If you want to ask for an exchange, please email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours after delivery and provide any proof you think is essential (a photo or other document). Our customer service will get in touch with you as soon as they can.
Once you get our confirmation of the exchange, we will send you a prepaid return label by email.
You can't return or exchange gift products or things on clearance.

Janma Kundali can cancel any order without giving a reason, as long as the condition cannot be satisfied. The company will make sure that any cancellation of an order or appropriate reimbursement is communicated in a fair amount of time.
